Leadership Teams
St. Mary's Church has seven Leadership Teams. The job of each Team is to help St. Mary's carry out her mission of following the Way of the Lord Jesus as faithful disciples in that Team's particular area. The Teams meet regularly and are always ready to receive feedback, suggestions, and help in implementing new and better ways of making disciples at St. Mary's. The Teams are as follows:
1) The Discipleship and Evangelization Team
Mission: To develop and implement a comprehensive strategy at St. Mary's for forming convinced and committed Catholic disciples of Jesus Christ.

Mission: To assist the clergy at St. Mary's in caring for the pastoral needs of parishioners and reaching out to the sick and suffering in Christ's name.

3) The Family, Marriage, and Youth Team
Mission: To form children and youth with the Gospel of Christ, prepare engaged couples for Christian marriage, and foster the development of strong marriages and families.

4) Social Mission and Outreach Team
Mission: To find ways to champion the dignity of the human person, promote the common good, and meet the needs of the poor.
