Respect Life
"The Gospel of Life is at the heart of Jesus' message. Lovingly received day after day by the Church, it is to be preached with dauntless fidelity as 'good news' to the people of every age and culture" (Pope John Paul II, The Gospel of Life, 1).
The Gospel of God's love for man, the Gospel of the dignity of the person and the Gospel of life are a single and indivisible Gospel" (The Gospel of Life, 2).
The Respect Life Committee at St. Mary's Church is an arm of the Culture of Life Team whose mission it is to help the people of St. Mary's to find ways to build a "culture of life" and a "civilization of love" where every human life will be respected, protected, and nurtured.
