Dear Parents,

I want to share with you important information for the summer. Father Newman explained it in his recent Sunday bulletin:

Beginning Monday 6 June, Mercy Hall will be closed to everyone except the construction crews who will be installing the new HVAC system. Mercy Hall will remain closed and strictly off limits until Monday 8 August, when it will be reopened in preparation for the new school year. During the two months when Mercy Hall is closed, all school business will be conducted from the church office building or Pazdan Hall. Carroll Taylor, our school receptionist, and Tammy Littlejohn, our school bookkeeper, will both be working in Pazdan Hall during June and July, but their telephone numbers will remain the same.

This building project will be funded by the proceeds from the next three Saint Mary’s Golf Classic & Silent Auction events. We are so grateful for all the hard work and efforts of the committee and volunteers. Thanks be to God for this fundraiser!

In order to set up our temporary school office in Pazdan Hall, the office will be closed on Friday, June 3rd.

Beginning Monday, June 6th, the school office hours will be from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm. The school office will be open on Mondays through Thursdays for June and July.

Report cards will be mailed on Wednesday, June 8th.
